There are two seasons, dry season from November to April and the wet season (or rainy season) from May to October. The average rainfall still remains fairly low during the dry season (the most popular).

For those who do not support heat, note that summer months are very hot (30C +) and humid. During the dry season (winter), it only rains very rarely, but evenings can be cool for Varadero which is the main tourist attraction of the north of Cuba.
