The hotels of Varadero

Tourism development was carried from west to east. Older hotels are at the beginning of the peninsula. There is a golf course on the peninsula. It is located between the hotel Breezes Bellacosta and Meliá Las Americas. This is the only golf course 18 holes in Cuba. Designed by architect Les Furber, president of the Canadian company Golf Design Services LTD (GDS). It occupies a narrow strip of land 3.5 kilometers.

Hicacos peninsula, a length of over 22 kms, is developed touristically on its entire length.

There are 49 hotels in Varadero for a total of more than 15.700 rooms. There are hotels from 2 to 5 stars. For all tastes and all budgets.

The hotel zone is located north of the peninsula.
